MEET THE FOUNDER: STEPHANIE SPREEMAN
Drum Party was founded by Stephanie Spreeman, a passionate advocate for the healing power of rhythm and community connection. Through therapeutic drumming and guided drum circle experiences, Stephanie has helped individuals and groups discover how rhythm can reduce stress, encourage emotional expression, and bring people together in meaningful ways.
Stephanie created Drum Party to share the benefits of drumming with communities of all ages, including youth, seniors, veterans, and organizations seeking wellness-centered programs.

Stephanie’s journey with drumming began with a simple but powerful realization — rhythm has the ability to unite people, break down barriers, and create a shared sense of joy and belonging.
Through years of experience facilitating drum circles and community programs, Stephanie saw firsthand how drumming could help participants relax, connect with others, and express themselves in a supportive environment.
This experience inspired the creation of Drum Party, a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing therapeutic drumming programs to schools, community groups, wellness organizations, and special populations.
THE INSPIRATION BEHIND DRUM PARTY

Stephanie believes that drumming is something everyone can participate in, regardless of musical experience. The goal is not performance, but connection, creativity, and shared experience.

Why Therapeutic Drumming Matters
Stephanie believes that rhythm is a universal language that helps people connect with themselves and with others. In a world where stress and isolation are common, drum circles provide a joyful way for people to come together and experience the power of shared rhythm. Through Drum Party, Stephanie continues to expand opportunities for individuals and communities to discover the wellness benefits of drumming.
