HOW IT WORKS
HOW DRUM CIRCLES WORK
Drum circles are guided group experiences where participants play simple rhythms together using hand drums and percussion instruments. No prior musical experience is needed.
Each session is facilitated to encourage participation, connection, and creativity while maintaining a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
The shared rhythm created during a drum circle helps people feel connected and present in the moment while building positive energy throughout the group.
